Joe Lieberman Against Public Option

Joe Lieberman Against Public Option – Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) is giving the democrats another reason to regret taking him back.Lieberman who is trying to get a little media attention said on Tuesday that he will be voting to filibuster the Democrats’/Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s health care bill if it contains a public option.Which makes no sense seeing that Connecticutians favor the public option 64-31.Lieberman said:

“We’re trying to do too much at once.To put this government-created insurance company on top of everything else is just asking for trouble for the taxpayers, for the premium payers and for the national debt. I don’t think we need it now.I would vote against a public option plan even with an opt-out because it still creates a whole new government entitlement program for which taxpayers will be on the line.”

Do you think Connecticut citizens will re-elect him? Do you want a government-created insurance company or not?

joe lieberman is a two face bastard and not really on side of Democrats. The Democrats too stupid and nice to do anything about it. I think he should be stripped from Chairman and suffer. Hopefully Democrats will find somebody to vote him out.. why did we give him a chance after he didnt support Obama and even talked about him during the campaign. How long will we let the Republicans and the backstabbing Libermans and Conservative Bluedog Democrats keep progress from happening. If Democrats have the balls to use Reconciliation like the Republicans did during Bush administration we can have things done.

when 2010 comes those Blue Dg Democrats and Lieberman should be voted out for real Democrats.
