Harold B. Estes Letter To Obama Posted On Palin Facebook Page:Calls President Son – Sarah Palin is under fire once more.This time for posting an angry letter written by a 95-year-old veteran named Harold B. Estes who blasts Obama’s policies and insulted the president by calling him “Son”.Here is the letter:
Dear President Obama,
My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don’t believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.
I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos’n Mate. Now I live in a “rest home” located on the western end of Pearl Harbor allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.
One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.
So here goes.
I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.
I can’t figure out what country you are the president of. You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:
” We’re no longer a Christian nation”
” America is arrogant” – (Your wife even announced to the world,”America is mean-spirited. ” Please tell her to try preaching that nonsense to 23 generations of our war dead buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free a whole lot of strangers from tyranny and hopelessness.)
I’d say shame on the both of you but I don’t think you like America nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.
After 9/11 you said,” America hasn’t lived up to her ideals.”
Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British ? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War ? I hope you didn’t mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers,husbands,and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around because we stand for freedom.
I don’t think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.
Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man. Shape up and start acting like an American.If you don’t, I’ll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue .You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.
And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don’t want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts who was putting up a fight ? You don’t mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don’t want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.
One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life but you’re the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you’re not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you’re thinking of.
You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president. You’re not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That’s not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now. And I sure as hell don’t want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

Congratulations Harold, you were in the Navy and you’re very old. Now why on earth do I give a damn what you think? What credentials do you have to criticise a president? When you enlisted did they train you in foreign diplomacy or economics? Or have you arrived at all your wisdom sitting around white sanding beaches checking out all the tail. I don’t find this letter offensive because old Harry is just speaking his mind, well whats left of it. And I don’t blame the media for being too sensitve. President Obama’s election has brought all sorts of disturbing comment, actions etc. to the surface. Everyone needs to clear their comments with God before they post their rudeness for all the world to see .

Obviously Mr. Estes has seen our nation from pretty much the Great Depression to our current Depression…the one Obama has so far created! You have to stop blaming Bush now, it’s Obama’s fault for this current economic decline. I blame him because he won’t fess up to it and he appointed his cabinet and they are single handedly destroying America!
Harold has seen men walk on the moon, the auto industry create amazing cars, airplanes take on new forms, and he has seen our technology reach amazing heights! Plus, during his education he was actually taught to respect our flag, our Constitution, and God! Kids are taught to hate God, hate our history (it’s a changed history nowadays), and how to hate our advancements and embrace global warming (which is based on lies and false science….it’s the sun, not men who are destroying earth), Secular Humanism/evolution, and a globalist agenda.
Harold was raised with morals, respect (when a handshake meant a promise), and a love of country and God!

1. Avatar-although a great movie it is anti American, anti Imperalism, and shows how evil white people are. Obama is apologizing to everyone! That is so embarassing and rude, it’s a spit in the face of those who gave their lives for our flag and country! If he doesn’t like our nation, go away. Be president of another nation because so far he sucks!
2. Earth-shows how we are destroying our planet with carbon dioxide.
3. The Day After Tomorrow-showing again the global warming agenda, which is pushing the Cap and Tax issue to the limit!

My Grandfather was in the navy twice. He was on the USS Maine( the second one) They weren’t at war then, but they went all over the world. He kept a journal and I have pictures that he took along their travels. He joined again in 1918. Thank you, Harold for your letter to the President that is doing everything to make “changes”. and for your service to the United States of America. This is what he promised to do(change). IT WILL PROBABLY BE THE ONLY PROMISE HE WILL KEEP.CHANGE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD.

It appears the DR H just sits around reading emails rather than letting people really know how he feels about this socalled president. Take this medical tip….See a proctologist asap, so you can have your head examined!
I hate to say this, but Chief Estes is at least half right, but the half that is right isn’t what everyone seems to want to hear. For those who criticize, do a bit more digging. You do have some of the facts right, just as those who praise have some facts right. I will say the chief has as much right to praise or damn as any of us, and perhaps more than a lot of us. Every time he “quoted” the President, it seemed to be a direct quote from Fox News, and further research shows they took a lot of the president’s words out of context so they could have something to slam him for. As for Dr. H,
(s)he should be glad people like Chief Estes exist, as if they didn’t, we more than likely would be speaking German or Japanese now, rather than English and/or Spanish.
The best that can be said is to get off of these debates with folks that have already formed their opinion and will never change as they have blocked and have a mental against the US Constitution and all the other freedom documents that the God fearing men and women of God took the time to pray and ask wisdom in penning for us. The men and women that were called upon to go and fight for our freedom and for the support folks that helped the fighting forces while away and training here at home today, yesterday and during the conflicting days of our past. The best thing to do is to get out and vote, vote conservatively and for God fearing folks, not those that give lip service, but give and have demonstrated to give heart-service like Chief Estes.
