Democratic Convention Schedule - The Democratic Convention schedule was unveiled today.The Democratic Convention/The DNC Convention/the 2008 Democratic Convention will take place in Denver’s The Pepsi Center from Monday, August 25th to Thursday, August 28.Barack Obama,will give his acceptance speech at the Bronco’s Invesco Field at Mile High.The the 4-day event will include seminars ,lectures, workshops,caucuses and protesters Cindy Sheehan and PUMA’s.The Democratic Convention schedule is as followed:
MONDAY
Theme: “One Nation.”
Headline prime-time speaker: Michelle Obama.
Others: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi; former President Carter; Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill; Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar; Maya Soetoro-Ng, Barack Obama’s half-sister; Craig Robinson, Michelle Obama’s older brother; Jerry Kellman, Barack Obama mentor and friend; Illinois Rep.
