Sarah Palin Book ‘Going Rogue: An American Life’ – Instead of Spring of 2010 Sarah Palin’s long awaited 400-page memoir entitled “Going Rogue: An American Life,” will hit bookshelves nationwide on Nov. 17,2009.Palin who needed a collaborator worked with Lynn Vincent, the editor of World, an evangelical magazine has managed to complete her manuscript weeks ahead of schedule to her publisher’s great surprise.Jonathan Burnham of HarperCollins told the Associated Press:

“Gov. Palin has been unbelievably conscientious and hands-on at every stage, investing herself deeply and passionately in this project.It’s her words, her life and it’s all there in full and fascinating detail.”

By Thanksgiving,Palin will finally explain why she stepped down as governor of Alaska and details about being the Republican vice presidential candidate will be revealed.

Carolyn Maloney Husband Clifton Maloney Dead – Clifton Maloney, who was the husband of Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney has passed away today.Clifton died while climbing in Tibet,despite the fact that he was in good health.According to reports:

Maloney’s office was informed yesterday by the State Department. The congresswoman’s husband, who was 71 and in good health, was an avid climber who embarked on similar expeditions every year.

The New York Democrat was thinking about challenging Kirsten Gillibrand for her senate seat but changed her mind.
Maloney left behind his wife and two daughters.

Bill Clinton Same-Sex Marriage Support – In an interview on Anderson Cooper 360 that aired on CNN this evening Former President Bill Clinton revealed that he has changed his personal opinion on same-sex marriage and is no longer opposed to the idea.Clinton told Cooper:

“I was against the constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage nation-wide, and I still think that the American people should be able to play this out in debates.But me, Bill Clinton personally, I changed my position.

He added:

“I am no longer opposed to that.I think if people want to make commitments that last a lifetime, they ought to be able to do it.”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospitalized – Ruth Bader Ginsburg who is one of the two females Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court was rushed to the hospital earlier today after explaining to her co-workers that she was feeling ill in her chambers.Ginsburg who is 76,who underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer in February said she felt faint, light-headed and fatigued at about 4:50 p.m., just after receiving a treatment for iron deficiency.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s health has improved and is currently at the Washington Hospital Center for observation.

You stood up for moral clarity and you brought honor to your countries. But to those who gave this Holocaust denier a hearing, I say on behalf of my people, the Jewish people, and decent people everywhere — have you no shame? Have you no decency?”

He added:

“What a disgrace.What a mockery of the charter of the United Nations.”

“People desperately want California to be great again.Most of all, they want to live in a place of opportunity and optimism, not a place of small dreams and scaled-down ambitions.I came to understand (at eBay) that job creation is dependent on a fragile mix of circumstances – circumstances all too often disrupted by the intrusive hand of government”.

The former eBay CEO added:

“Liberal environmentalists may not like jobs or people, but California needs both” .

Whitman personally injected her campaign with $19 million,and raised an additional $6.8 million through July.

This is true,” “I actually think that what’s happened is that whenever a president tries to bring about significant changes, particularly during times of economic unease, then there is a certain segment of the population that gets very riled up.”

He continued:

“You know, one of the things you sign up for in politics is folks yell at you, but I think that what has been missing from the conversation is that the overwhelming majority of people, Republican or Democrat, I think they just want to see some common sense, they want to see some honesty and integrity in Washington. I think they’re turned off by the shouting and the yelling, and they expect more from their public elected officials.”
