Bloomberg Called Obama Arrogant Says Rupert Murdoch

Bloomberg Called Obama Arrogant Says Rupert Murdoch – New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is not a big fan of President Obama and the cat is now out of the bag. Bloomberg who allowed himself a third term as mayor and is now pushing term limits for his successor spent over $74 million of his own money running for the office – thinks that Obama is arrogant.

Rupert Murdoch a friend of Bloomberg made the revelations during an interview with Australian Financial Review, talking about a day the mayor spent golfing with the president: ”He came back and said, ‘I never met in my life such an arrogant man’.”

Instead of killing the rumor or denying the story, Deputy New York Mayor Howard Wolfson told Politico, “Just reached the Mayor in Hong Kong. He remembers the conversation differently. As he has said many times he believes all Americans should be rooting for the President to succeed.”

At the apogee of Obama’s popularity in 2009, Bloomberg was happy to use his relationship with Obama to seduce black voters in New York and get himself reelected. Now that the President is at an all time low and that rumors suggest the mayor of New York might run as an independent in 2012, he is arrogant.

Since hypocrisy is a necessary mean of success in politics, Bloomberg looks like a winner.
